Shizuka Anderson

Born and raised in Canada, Shizuka moved to Tokyo in 2010, making her acting and singing debut two years later as the title character on a children's educational television program called "Piponza ABC". She then went on to star in the Japan-based, BBC children's show, "CBeebies".

Shizuka is now a series regular on NHK World's "J-Flicks", and appears on TV, radio and YouTube programs as a bilingual presenter, reporter and narrator. She plays "Carol" in the Amazon Prime series Benza English. Most recently, she is also a Miss World Japan 2020 Finalist and Award winner.
