Tamura is made from the same energy as Inko Sensei’s shadow minions and monsters, so he is able to occasionally learn one of their abilities by watching it or being hit with it.  Tamura’s abilities make him well rounded, but he is exceptionally strong against magic attacks with the right abilities learned.  Make sure to find them all.
